Order
How long will it take to process my order?
We typically ship finished products and yarn within 1–4 business days of receiving payment. Custom-made products may take up to 10 business days to process.
Can I cancel my order? How do I do it?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. Simply contact us by email as soon as possible, quoting your order number.
I placed two orders. Can I combine them?
Of course! If both orders haven't shipped yet, we can combine them into one package. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order numbers.
I placed an order. Can I change my delivery address/order details?
Yes, if your order hasn't been packed and shipped yet. Please contact us immediately with the correct details, and we'll do our best to make the changes.
Where can I find the sales document?
We send the sales document (receipt or invoice) via email to the address provided when ordering. This way, you always have it at hand.
Yes – just enter your company details (name, tax identification number, and address) when placing your order. We'll send you an invoice via email.
Product
My product is out of stock. When will it be available for sale?
Some colors and sets sell out very quickly. If something is temporarily out of stock, click the "Notify me when available" button next to the product and enter your email address. You'll be notified as soon as the item is back in stock.
Can I sign up for a waiting list for a selected product?
Yes! Simply use the "Notify me when available" option on the product page. You'll be the first to know when it arrives.
Exchange and return
Can I exchange a purchased product?
Yes, you can exchange your product for a different variant. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and return the product according to the returns instructions.
What is the timeframe for making a return?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment to report a return (excluding custom-made products).
- Complete the withdrawal form (available on the "Returns and complaints" page).
- Send the product to the indicated address along with the form.
- Make sure the product is intact (preferably in its original packaging).
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
No, we do not have a physical collection point. We only process returns by mail.
Delivery
Do you ship orders internationally?
Yes, we only ship to European Union countries.
Can I collect my order in person?
No, we do not currently accept personal collections – all orders are sent by courier or to parcel lockers.
What delivery methods are available?
We offer several delivery options:

- Orlen Paczka – minimum 4 business days
- Polish Post – minimum 3 business days
- InPost Parcel Lockers 24/7 – approximately 2 business days

Can the discount code be combined with other promotions?
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts in the store.
