We care about ensuring that the products and materials you purchase from us meet all your expectations. We are aware, however, that sometimes things may not go as planned, which is why on this page we have included all the information about what you can do when you want to return or make a complaint about a product. Your wellbeing comes first!
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of making a purchase. Exceptions to this are, in accordance with § 7 sec. 3 of our Terms and Conditions, agreements where the subject of the performance is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured to the Buyer's specifications or serving to meet their individualised needs.
This provision applies only to products whose descriptions clearly state that the product is made to order for the Buyer.
For all other products, please inform us of your intention to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding the agreement.
To do so, please use the return submission module. On the page, enter the email address you used when making your purchase in our Store.
Complaints
If you find a defect in a product purchased from us, you may make a complaint under the warranty for defects. You can use the withdrawal form for this purpose: https://www.wyplatamy.pl/formularz_reklamacji_zwrotu/
We will respond as soon as possible, no later than within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
